On The Spot Automotive Detailing

"Do not take your car to this place for tint! They will lie to you, install the wrong tint and then try to charge you again to fix it. I took my car to them on 3/15 to have tint installed on the windows with the specific instructions that it be AT LEAST as dark as the factory tint on the roof. After they told me they don't have the tools to measure the tint on the roof they said they would match it as best they could to which I replied as long as it's as dark as the roof it will be fine. When I picked it up later that day (it took them over 8 hours to do the job) I was unhappy with the darkness as it was not nearly as dark as I wanted it, but they were closed by the time I got a good look at it. You can see from the attached photo's that it's not even close on the amount of light being filtered out (probably why it took them 8+ hours to tell me it was ready). When I took it back on 3/19 to have him look at it they tell me that they "looked it up online and it says that it's 20% and that it was "the best they could do because they were inside when they looked at the tint." After arguing with me about what my instructions were (they claim that I just told them to match it the best they could) they admitted to me that even though it said 20% online they only put 25% on the car and that if I wanted them to fix it they weren't going to do it for free. Clearly this place does not care about what you ask of them or if you are happy with the results. This was a $400+ job and it's not even close to what I wanted. I only wish I could give 0 stars on this review. In response to the claim that I was asked to look at the car upon picking it up; no one asked if I was satisfied when I picked it up, they just charged my card and gave me back my key card. Even if they had, would the results have changed? Or would they still have tried to charge me to fix the fact that it's not dark enough? This is nothing but another poor attempt to place the blame on me instead of fixing the problem."

"Service was excellent. Showed up on time, took great care of my vehicle. I accidentally booked the wrong service, and they had no troubles changing it for me. My car is spotless. Definitely plan on using them again."

"I've used these guys a few times and on different vehicles. They come to your house or place of business with their own van, water, power, cleaning solutions, paper towels, vacuum, etc., and spend 90 minutes or so on the interior of your vehicle alone. My experience with them has been exceptional, and while still a bit pricey (for me), the service they provide is exceptional. Recently, they cleaned the interiors of two of my business vehicles; one was an SUV and fairly clean already, and the other was a pickup truck that was filthy. Both vehicles look as good as they could possibly look--literally not a single speck of dust anywhere in the vehicle(s). They are extremely thorough. All of the little cracks and crevices are dusted, cleaned, wiped down, etc. The windows were spotless. I left a number of belongings in the center console(s) and in the glovebox and asked them not to touch anything; they did as I asked. It was freezing cold and windy the day they did my vehicles in my driveway, and I half-way expected a mediocre job because of how cold it was, but they nailed it. I'll be calling you guys again. Well done!"

"Excellent service. My appointment was from 2-5pm. They contacted me of a cancelation and wanted to come earlier which worked out great. Crew that came out was magnificent. Did a very thorough job. Definitely recommend the service. Well worth the price."

"Rochelle & Michael came to do a pro-choice detail on our truck. They did a really good job. Our truck hasn't been detailed since buying it in Dec 2016, plus we have young kids who've added a bit of a mess inside, needless to say, a full detail was long overdue. They made our truck look practically brand new. Both employees were friendly and knowledgeable. They got the job done in a timely manner. Will definitely use them again in the future.
