"I called TWO different times to get a price estimate for front brakes and turn the rotors.I was quoted $185. Now the guy says $100 each tire for the rotors. I showed him the notes I had taken from the phone call. Didn't mean anything to him.Don't count on any phone quotes.. last time I come here. I'm letting friends etc know."

"Excellent service, and even got my car back the same day on a Saturday!!! The axel of my Lincoln MKZ fell off on the middle of the road. I didn’t know what it was.. Called Alberto’s tire shop and send a picture of the part, they told me to bring the car un (told the tow truck to take it there) and they where able to get all the part involved to replace it. They had all the the part available and did it all in a few hours. I can’t say enough about how great and savy they were. I recommend Alberto’s tire shop a 100%"

"I had an issue come up with my payment and they were awesome in handling my issue. **Update** I was finally able to go back and get my tires Helio was an awesome sales person I'm thankful to him for helping me. The whole experience was fantastic I'd go back in a heartbeat and you should too!!"
