"Ran in at 3:30 on a slammed Saturday and they said they could get us in for all 4 new tires. Thomas, Zach, and Josh were freaking awesome. They were very accommodating and walked me through the procedure. Got me all set and on the road for a long 10 hour drive. Can’t recommend these guys enough."

"I always dread coming here because it's the same story every time. I bought a new tire recently and came to see if they could repair the leak. Of course, they try to sell me 4 new tires like always and even tried to get me to finance them after I told the sales guy several times that I wasn't interested. They said that the rim was bent and that was why the tire was leaking and couldn't be repaired. I assumed they would fill up all the tires to proper PSI, but after to going to the Valvoline next door(who I highly recommend) the tire they were looking at was only at 21 PSI. They will try to scam you if they are able. One time my brother said they refused to put air in his tires because they didn't have enough tread(which obviously means it's safer to drive around with low pressure). Me giving 2 stars is generous."

"I had gotten a flat on my drivers side rear tire. It was a Saturday. Javier, who said he was the manager, said he was not able to get my replacement tire until that following Monday. Since I was not able to drive my car, he promised that they will leave my car in their garage over the weekend. On Monday morning when I called, I was told to come pickup my car, it’s ready. When I got to their location, I had to wait approximately 45 mins. I thought this was kind of odd but I totally trusted, direct tire and just figured they’re just making sure everything is good to go. I live less than 2 miles from the store. I drove directly home, I parked my car in the garage in a couple hours later I was in the garage and noticed that the drivers front side of my car was completely crashed!!! They took photos I took photos, I went through their insurance company and they completely denied me. So I had to pay $1000 deductible to get my car fixed. Plus all the aggravation and all the lies. Total cost to repair the damage they did was 5,900$! The worst thing is that somebody there that works at direct tire on Coors and Montano knows, knows What they did, and completely lied. I would never go to a direct tire. I don’t care what city what state, just beware take photos of your car before you drop it off and make sure you take photos and walk around your car as soon as you pick it up don’t even leave the parking lot until you check out your car. They are scammers!!!!"

"Absolutely horrible service. Rushed installation of new wheels. Had an extremely bad wobble and pull (on ALL 4 wheels). Paid for an alignment. Took it back to discount for a balance and rotation twice in a matter of 2 1/2 weeks. Lost 3 days due to unnecessary maintenance. Only to find during the initial install they failed to identify bad fitment and needing hub rings. Worst part I had taken it to a mechanic who ultimately identified the problem. Called to inform them about what was going on only for the sales person to deflect and give me a hard time. Time is money and I'll never get the time or extra money I had to spend and lose during this ordeal. My advice is to also save yours and AVOID this location."

"Even though they were very busy today, they were willing to help me out. My low tire pressure light was on and they figured out the problem and got me on my way. Sure, I had to wait for them to work on my car, but it was worth it. I also like their remodeled store with the comfortable chairs and nice windows. I will be back!"
