Reviews
"I rarely leave reviews, but it's essential to warn other consumers. Larry H. Miller has held my vehicle for 140 days since November 2023, with no definitive return date. Despite being told that parts are on back order with uncertain shipping dates, there's been little communication or action. In February, I personally sourced parts from a dealership in Colorado Springs, but it's unclear if LHM Collision pursued this option. My most recent interaction was frustrating. A LHM employee repeatedly interrupted me despite my request to let me finish speaking. He insisted that I was informed the parts would arrive in April, which is false. If I had been told that date I would not be calling to request an update on my vehicle. Their lack of communication is evident; in over four months, I've received only four updates, most of which I had to initiate. Moreover, they frequently fail to answer calls. I intend on dropping off a list of dealerships that may have the parts needed to complete my vehicle’s repairs. This review aims to assist fellow consumers and provide LHM Collision West with an accurate account of my experience."
"awful customer service, they said the work would take 3-5 days, and they were supposed to order parts before I dropped off my vehicle, its now been 25 days, they still say they are waiting on parts, and when I call to check the girl who answers is sarcastic, snarky and rude. Edit: once I picked up my vehicle I find they didn't even complete all the work. And the response by owner says they would like to discuss but in reality they don't want to."
"This is the worst location ever. If I could give it negative stars I would. I highly recommend you don’t use them for repair work and if you do then do not sign their agreement. I got my truck back and I have had close to $3k worth of tools and electronics stolen out of it when it was in there possession. Their agreement says they take no responsibility for stolen items. The manager even said if your radio was stolen they wouldn’t cover it. So they knowingly employ thief’s. When I brought this up I was told file it on your insurance. I am still finding things missing and they don’t care. They had my truck for over a month when they already order the parts and had them in stock. Update: The manager told me they would reimburse my deductible for the stolen items and now that I placed it on my insurance; they won’t even call me back to do the reimbursement. They publicly make comments on here to try and show “they care” but in reality it is just a false front. I have called and left countless voicemails with no return call."
"Seriously so frustrating. I give 2 stars because Brent Scoville was nice to work with (so he gets 5 stars from me), but overall it was so frustrating. I called the first time and no one answered (which I didn’t yet realize would be the same story every time) and left a message expecting a call back later the same day or the next day. Life got busy and I realized it had been a week with no call back. So I called again and she told me to just come in, no appointment needed. I brought my car in and instead of being very helpful they couldn’t stop talking about how the insurance of the guy who hit me is not contracted with them so they couldn’t promise me anything and expected me to leave my car with them from the inspection through to the part getting ordered, through the actual repair, and until they were satisfied they’d fully billed the insurance. I told them I could not do that and it then became a back and forth game between me and them and then me and the insurance. Once that got worked out and I had taken the car in, I called to get updates regularly but NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE. Finally, after having been without my car for 8 days I called and they told me it had been ready and they hadn’t even called to let me know which was so frustrating. I arranged to return my rental car and pick it up the next day. Short version: awful communication from this place in EVERY aspect: Answering the phone, communicating with the insurance, and calling to inform me of the completion of the repair."
