"I went in to buy a K5 GT Line. Was looking to buy with cash. I wanted a 22 or newer. No luck. They wouldn't let one go for my budget. They didn't have a lot to choose from but the salesman Isaiah was an awesome help to my picky list of must haves and have not. I ended up buying a 2024 Forte GT Line. With one of the best packages. I didn't have much time to wait for the car I wanted cause I was only in town for 2 more days. After 2 visits I finally made the decision on my car. The only thing is I wish the package included floor mats. No floor mats and Isaiah says it is standard without."
"Usually have really good dealings with this dealership. But called today to try to make an appointment for service and got the rudest receptionist questioning why I wanted to speak to the service manager and that for her to connect me. I needed a good reason, wow. employee has really impacted my view/opinion of this dealership now. Was thinking of buying another vehicle soon from them, but not so sure now."

"This is an edit to my original post: after gaining contact with the manager, my issue was resolved immediately. He apologized for any delay or miscommunication that resulted and accepted responsibility. I greatly appreciate that the staff at this location takes customers seriously. One discrepancy for me should not deter anyone else from happily finding the Kia they love from this lot. With that, this dealer did accommodate my needs and made the original sales process seamless and enjoyable. It is a quality store and would recommend to anyone in the NM, AZ, or west TX area searching for a Kia."
