"We purchased a brand new vehicle from this dealership. When the vehicle came in, there was a dent in the dashboard that happened during shipping. They said a claim with Hyundai would be opened and they would install a new dashboard piece as soon as it was available. We have followed up with them multiple times and have been completely ignored by email and phone. I have emailed the general manager multiple times with no reply. Inquiries by phone have not resulted in any returned call to resolve this issue. At this point I'm left to assume they never had any intention of filing the claim or if they did they kept the part and made it available for sale. We are out of state buyers so they knew there was no risk of us showing up at the dealership. I would not recommend this dealership for sales or service given this experience."
