"Took our Jeep there for a recall. We get a list of service things that were recommended because of mileage. Authorize that for about $800. No one calls to tell us the car is done. We had to call and ask for it. Then, we get the car back and the coolant is leaking, they say they did the alignment, but the tires got rotated and the pressures are all off. The check engine light is on along with two other lights. Tried to call service manager, no response after two days. Tried to call service advisor, he’s never available. The bill was $300 more than the quote and I am beginning to wonder if any work was really done at all. To add onto this when we first took it back in the general manager was very nice and agreed that the work was not done. Ultimately, the bad situation situation turned worse. At one point I called after waiting three months and they could not find the vehicle and then could not find the keys. Walter, the gentleman who answered me on my initial post, stopped being nice.. We never got any credit for what was never done, and when the car was taken in to get some work done and the service engine light addressed, we were not given a quote until after the part was already ordered. I was told the part came in. We got no phone call and it took three more weeks to get the car back. It was suddenly discovered that there was all this other work needed that would cost well over 10 grand, The manager Walter, spoke to my husband and told him that he should not do the work because the car isn’t worth it anyway. At no time did they offer to reimburse us for the money already spent. His answer for that was that he was nice enough to give my son a loaner car while they kept his car for 3 1/2 months. It is completely unorganized so much that when I would call, they would ask me if my son had a loaner car. I would not recommend taking your car here no matter what. And by the way, my sons VIN number still shows that the recall work wasn’t done. Never once did he offer to reimburse us for the initial work that wasn’t done. ✅"
"If I could give a NEGATIVE star I would. DO NOT SHOP HERE FOR A NEW CAR!!!!!! They do not value there customers!!!!!!!!!!!!!! In particular there already paying/paid customers. I purchased a Jeep at this establishment a couple months ago. About a month in my car started having problems. Took it back to see if it could get fix and it was in there shop for a month. Even then communication was VERY VERY POOR they do not call you back even when you call to follow up and leave a voicemail ( when you call it rings to who you need to speak to and a automated voice says we are busy please leave a voicemail) they don't call you back. ( They were calling me daily when I showed interest in purchasing a car) Requesting for a rental car pfft FORGET IT! They do not try their best to help you after you purchase a vehicle if anything goes wrong! After they " got it fixed" and had given us back the vehicle ,about two weeks after, I started having problems again. Took it back in and it went to their the shop and it was a manufacturing issue with the transmission. So now we are waiting for them to give us an update about our jeep vehicle. After numerous calls with it only going to voicemail (which I have left numerous VM's) to even just get an update about my vehicle still NO CALL back. IT HAS BEEN TWO WEEKS AND THEY STILL HAVE NOT GOTTEN IN CONTACT WITH ME!!!. I had to call through a different telephone number to actually speak to someone and that was only because there wasn't a claim number associated with it. THEY do not help with trying to assist you with a rental car, be it I haven't even driven it more then a month since it stated having issues, they do not care to communicate with you AT ALL! Especially if something happens to your VERY NEW CAR PURCHASE! HORRIBLE just plain HORRIBLE! DONT BUY HERE!"
"Service department manager gave us the worst experience ever. Definitely not taking our vehicles in for services anymore. There was such horrible communication to what the desk lady was letting us know about our vehicle, but when we spoke to the mechanic he switched his words around. They also killed our battery, left windows down and when we were finally able to pick it up there was so much dirt and leaves inside it but we weren't even notified to atleast jump start it and roll the windows up ourselves."
"My husband and I had the pleasure of working with AnnaMarie. She was patient as can be, we took a long time to pull the trigger. This was the most I had ever spent on a vehicle so it was hard to make a decision. Very hard! We did so much research online. We felt the pricing was very competitive with other online listings so there was less to worry about. We benefited a lot from the in person bonus of a dealership. I would reccomend this place for sure. Ring the gong when you buy!"
"We paid for services that were not rendered during the appointment. This is not the first time it happens. Not only did I have to wait about hour to get a headlight bulb replaced, but I also had to take paid time off to get service rendered that was already supposed to be taken care of during appointment date. We also had fuel pump replacement. I honestly don't feel comfortable with the services rendered anymore. How am I to trust that the services I paid for were done. I might have paid for the services in vain. I don’t like to leave negative reviews, but it has been ongoing issue. The first time we went for an oil change and paid for the oil change and come home to find out that the oil change was not completed properly. They removed oil and did not replenish. My car could have broken down. We also had a tire rotation completed and was not done correctly as soon as my vehicle hit 60 mph it would shake and wobble horribly. If they don't know how to complete a service or have the personnel, why would they run the risk of damaging someone's vehicle."
