One of the checkout people was rude and did not want to help nor offer any information when I asked. The one I actually checked out with was outstanding also. "I had a recall on my vehicle and asked for an oil change since I was there. I arrived at Melloy Nissan Service Department early. I did have an appointment with Jed at 7:30 AM and right at 7:30 AM Jed came to my vehicle and got my information and asked that I leave my keys in the vehicle and he let know when to expect my vehicle to be ready. It was really a great experience with the his service. They also did a thorough inspection of my vehicle and gave me the document. The other thing that I liked was that I got text messages from Jed with updates as to when my vehicle was ready and I also got a text message to make my payment using a link. Then when I went to pick up my vehicle I went to ask for Jed to let him know that I was here to pick up my vehicle. Someone told me he was busy with another customer. I was waiting a couple of minutes then another employee asked if he could help me. I told him that I was here to pick up my vehicle he then told me I had to go to the back office and pick up the keys and make payment. Overall a great experience and service. Thank you, Jed!"
