"So I had my check engine light go off and had to pick the closest business to help me out. It just so happened Romo’s was the closest at the time but ended up being the best experience I have had with a mechanic. At the time I was minutes away from my house and was scheduling an Uber to pick us up as we were leaving the vehicle with him. Romo without hesitation offered us a ride home and stated “I just like helping people.” It was amazing to see there were great people like Romo still in business today. After keep my vehicle for about a day and half he came to the conclusion I had several things wrong with my vehicle. Romo was incredibly knowledgeable about his trade and communicated all this with me despite my lack of knowledge for the trade. Romo did his own research and found the manufacturer was having common problems and was offering an extended service covering my vehicles issues. I was so shocked that Romo was denied himself an opportunity to make thousands of dollars but saving the customer money by having this covered by the manufacturer. I truly knew Romo was in this business to strictly help others and not get rich over night. It’s not often you find mechanics who are honest and in the business to get rich. Romo will diagnosis and help you with your issues at a fair and reasonable cost. If he can save you money and make things better for his customers he will. I will now be using him for all my mechanic needs."
