"Woke up Saturday morning at the RT 66 travel Plaza and fired up my truck and it instantly went into Derate for unresponsive Doser valve. Drove to this Dealer and was waiting at the service gate when they opened at 8:00. The service manager on duty scanned my truck and got me checked in in just a few minutes. By 8:30 they identified the problem and pointed 2 recalls on my truck. Had all of that fixed and had me back on the road by 10:30. Great service and friendly people. Hopefully I never need them again, but wouldn’t hesitate to bring my truck here if in the area."

"I have been to this location a few times. The first time I was in a bind, they were super busy and they still squeezed me in. Today I called to see if the could get me in real quick for some fuel filter issues. Sure enough MATT got me in and was able to get the main issue fixed that I initially stopped there for. He was also able to get another issue fixed that needed to be addressed for a while. A recall on the windshield wiper motor. Thank you bruckners for making sure I get fixed and back on the road"

"This company is a sham, and has zero regard for driver’s time. Came here sometime in the spring of 2023. This company robbed my contractors blind. The code displayed said service and change out the accelerator, which was covered under warranty with Volvo. Yet, after an entire day of waiting with minimum communication, the front guy, and a manager said it was due to loose battery cables. They milked the clock, and kept having us return throughout the day, as “the mechanic couldn’t replicate the problem.” Well who cares? Replace the part, and let us get on with our business. We drove the truck months with loose cable and never had an issue with the drive of our truck. We knew it was the accelerator, but to continue there and argue with these males as a female would have been a tad creepy especially since they just did not care. Its a total system to milk the labor hours, and not cover warranty items. We paid over $700 for someone to tighten cables. Really? When does this make sense? It doesn’t, and conveyed this explicitly. Well, as suspected, two days later the truck gave out again. Same code, accelerator issues. Got it replaced somewhere else and since then we had no more issues with the truck breaking down. Do not waste your precious time or money here! A few months after this breakdown fiasco, our contractor bought us a brand new Freightliner, and I am so thankful not to have to ever come here again."

"This service dept doesn’t know how to keep customers informed and answer the phone for updates…. They will over charge you! Pay attention to your bill and what you actually need to go to a better service shop, stickler spell out only what you approve and authorize!!!! service is -0 service desk only tells lies all day, I witnessed myself Matt picking up and hang the phone so calls go to voicemail, there just taking full advantage of your situation milking the clock more of your time they waste the higher the labor cost you will see labor is more then your parts. They told me mechanic is assigned to fix my Truck all day, next couldn’t find my truck and mechanic was wondering around the yard, if I never returned to check on things I wouldn’t have known all this for myself don’t truck this shop! They put tape and a hose clamp to repair my A/C line who does this??? This is a shad tree mechanic shop!!!"
