"Good people and good service! We were over 2,000 miles from home when our 2004 Thor Gemini RV coach door deadbolt would not unlock, with the door in the closed position, so that we had to climb into the coach via the passenger or driver’s seats. We contacted La Mesa RV and spoke with Dominic who was able to schedule an appointment at the last minute as we were only going to be passing through the area. The maintenance team was able to open the door and repair the lock; so no more climbing through the driving compartment to get into the coach. Thank you to the staff at La Mesa."

"We own a 2021 Tiffin Allegro that only had 3700 miles on it. Our bedroom slide broke while in Albuquerque. Nichole in service took care of ordering new parts, finding us a place to camp while waiting for them and was just fantastic in helping us solve our problem. "They wanted to charge me a total of 12 hours of labor to diagnose and install 4 preloaded brake back plates. 5 of those hours were to repack the bearings, which is part of doing the brake back plates. 2 of the hours were diagnoses of which only fifty minutes were used. After speaking with the service manager we settled on one hour of labor. I did not have the brakes fixed. The service advisor seemed clueless. I had a 10:00 am appointment, they didn't touch my camper until 11:40 am and I still don't have my camper back at 3:00 pm as I rite this."

"Don't ever go to La Mesa RV in ABQ! From the beginning of our sales transaction to warranty repairs it has been a nightmare. It started with Mari an advisor we were assigned to who doesn't know how to answer her phone or call you back. It got worst as we went up the chain of command. David's response to the horrible warranty work they preformed to Jay the Service Manager's denial of damage that was done to our trailer while it was in their shop for over 2 months is unacceptable. Go anywhere else but La Mesa!"
