"They bring shame to the name sbarros! Familar with this company since cali and this place should call there pizza bread and smeared tomato only + burnt because they are so cheap with adding any cheese its digusting how the employees put none of it on the pizza!! Im paying for it should it not have some decent amout of cheese on it? Im not ordering heated bread with a smear of tomato on it!!! The boss/owner is probably dumb by teaching the employees to do this (money saving measure) & you can tell by putting little Specs of cheese!! And when i ask for extra cheese to put nothing more on it and paying extra!! What the hell guys come on now do I have to point this out to you so you van wake up and realize you gain more customers by not ripping them off on high priced pizza thats not even a pizza!? You will have alot more happy customers with people talking about you guys in a good way bringing more business (more steady income) if you made the pizzas correctly and not skimping on cheese and toppings! And make a few of them if your are worried about waisting and made to order instead of re-heating mornings cook. Plus stop burning them please! I have to tell myself no whenever I want to go get a pizza from you guys because its just pan and Im from California they made them nearly perfect there! Always busy at there locations too!!! Figure it out and maybe Ill continue being a customer again! For your sake and mine! Thanks good luck learn from your mistakes dont be Arrogant and cheap!!!!!!"

"Bought 11.99 combo that includes the coke. Saw the receipt and see I qas charged 1 dollar extra. I asked the cashier and was told $1 was for the drink, even though drink was included, then he said it was the taxes, that was not it, I asked for the manager and she quickly said that charge was because the slices had sausage on it, I told her there is nowhere that says sausage cost extra, She said it is not going to say anywhere, she gave me the ticket back, smirked and walk away, Very rude! As far as I am concerned I was robbed 1 dollar."

"Myself and my children came to eat at Coronado mall, and this is by far the worst service. The lady up front was extremely rude cussing at the other employees. I don’t know if she’s a manager or what her role is there . I will not be coming back ."

"To say i would rather eat little C's pizza than this places cardboard, would be mean but correct. I expect the price but these are old re-heated pizza at premium pizza prices. They don't even fill your drink up all the way leaving a good inch or so low. I would give this food to the birds."
