"The pizza was just slapped together with toppings not even covering the whole pizza. Sauces were missing. They cared more about trying to get a tip then they did about providing customer service. I would either drive to another Papa John's location or just go to another pizza place then to eat here again. When I filled out the survey and asked to be contacted, I never heard from them. I don't think they care about their customer service."
"All of the calls are farmed out to other countries. Now it takes FOREVER to order. Never less than 15 min. A Woman on the phone asked if I was from New Maryland… ?? yup, that’s the state near New Iowa. I called five times.. twice were bounce backs and the last time someone (I believe the manager) was just hanging out on the phone. Customer service here is HORRIBLE. I decided just to make myself food instead of wasting 30 min on the phone. I used to order pizza fairly often. I’m not willing to waste 30 min of my life for a $12 deal anymore."
"The night time manager on December 24th 2023 is one of the worst managers I have ever encountered in my entire life. She was rude abrasive unprofessional and even used scare tactics as well as physical slamming of doors to yell at her employees and me as a customer/doorDasher. I will continue to complain about this despicable person until she is demoted from her position and put back into pizza making or even better fired from the company. She is disrespectful She has no customer service skills much less the skills needed to run a successful crew of any company. She deserves to be fired for her blatant disrespect and disregard of customers and employees I'm literally disgusted with this location of Papa John's. Worst boss ever."

"Was cautious ordering here for the first time after seeing so many bad recent reviews but wow am I glad I gave them a shot! It sucks they’re getting so much hate, when clearly they don’t deserve it. Ordered today, it came out fantastic, and they didn’t forget a single thing in our carry-out order! Definitely going back, 5 stars."
