Little Caesars Pizza

"The food is ok, what you expect from little Ceasars...but the wait time...I went in yesterday and ordered a stuffed crust crazy break pizza, there was a line through the door. After almost an hour of waiting I was the only one in the store. Every time I go I'm waiting 30+ minutes. It's insane I still go there. The staff needs to all be replaced, no one knows what's going on."

"On my lunch break I went in to get a pizza waited 32 minutes just to take my order They never greeted anybody they just left everybody standing in line. Finally, I asked the guy you have anything hot and ready to serve. He told me no it would be about a 50 minute wait I then told him he should let us know that he got people in line that got to get back to work. He gave me attitude pretty much said he doesn’t care. So I left in about five customers followed me in frustration The manager seemed like he didn’t know what was going on walking around doing nothing"

"This place is straight up trash. The employees are trash and can somebody tell the manager to takeoff his sunglasses at night it makes no sense. I get that the manager wants to look like the coolest employee at Little Caesars but it’s night time you are inside the store you do not need sunglasses."

"The workers at this location are super incompetent. My kids and I ordered with the online app on 10/14/23 at 9:24pm. I went inside to confirm my order went through after 10 minutes, after 25 minutes and no movement on the app my kids and I went in to check on the order and was told the small pepperonis take longer to cook and it was in the oven. Five minutes later, the front man comes out and says he had to refund my money because they were out of crazy bread. I said, "That's fine, and I'll just take the pizza." He says; we've been out of that bread since 5. I said, you just told me it was in the oven and he repeats we've been out since 5. I told him I have to feed these kids and we've been waiting 25 minutes. He says sorry, we've been out since 5 so I just walked out. He didn't attempt to rectify the situation, acknowledge he lied about my order or anything. I don't know how this franchise functions with such incompetence."
