"We bought an RV from this place, had a good transaction....BUT when it needed parts and service, that's a different story. Dan the Service Manager there was a jerk, I called on his lunch break and he was condescending and was not wanting to do his job. He handed my call to a parts guy, telling him "this guy thinks I'm a jerk". I was going to buy another $70K 5th wheel from them, but I'll take my business elsewhere. I'd recommend you take your business elsewhere as well."

"The service departments first question is "did you buy your unit from us"? If your your answer is "no", then forget about getting help from these guys. The service guy straight up told me "I don't do warranty service on units that I didn't sell". After a wasted conversation he said I can take it, but it will be 8 months out. Wow! They will find every excuse to avoid warranty service. I have no clue how this business is authorized by Forest River."
