Domino's Pizza

"I attempted to eat here not long ago, but that attempt was thwarted by the sheer complication of placing my order. No tangible menus, not even on their electronic board, and trying to get the QR menu to work on my phone was a huge pain. When I did, the menu layout was counterintuitive and I couldn't even get a clear picture of what I'd be paying to get what I wanted. From what I can tell, the price is seemed to be unexpectedly high compared to their competitors of similar quality, and that was just the last straw. I like Domino's pizza, but trying to actually deal with them to get a pizza just isn't worth it. If they want to make it hard to do business with them, I won't do business with them. And the “no public restrooms” sign posted RIGHT NEXT to two restrooms in full view is very insulting. Also, I really don't appreciate the canned responses given by the business to the myriad of other bad reviews here. It just really shows you how much they don't care about their customers. If I wasn't already giving them one star, I would deduct more for just that alone. Edit: And the Domino's delivery driver just tried to run me down in the parking lot as I was leaving the grocery store! Too bad I've already rated them one star, because that means I can't read them any lower."

"I placed an order for my brother who is sick at 12 pm and I had no updates, I called the place and the guy simply said they didn’t have enough staff, and that’s all he said, we got the food delivered at 2 pm . 2 hours later, the food was cold and hard and we paid about $30 dollars, please don’t order from here they are understaffed and the wait is bad. I’m super upset that they couldn’t keep me updated or do anything else. Order from another location or cater. It is ridiculous."

"Ordered a pizza ONE pizza, the tracker hadn’t updated in 45 minutes so I called, and was told it was going to be another hour or I can come pick it up, a delivery I already paid for + tip. I said no I’m not doing that I’m 8 months pregnant and paid for delivery for a reason. Then the “manager” proceeded to be extremely rude and I finally said to just cancel it and all he said was “OK” and hung up on me, I had to call back to see when I’d get my refund. Terrible service, rude workers. DONT GO THERE."

"When calling to order the lady said 30minutes for it to be ready. I get there after like an hour and the lady there tells me another 20 minutes. I waited a good 2 hours for my order and the person working the cash register didn’t seem to know what he was doing. Definitely not ordering from here again! The customer service sucks they don’t listen to your problems or seem to care at all. After all that time our pizza wasn’t even made right and was burnt and cold you would think it would be warm but it’s like it had been sitting there for the time they said it was taking to make."
