"I used to enjoy Blaze, but for me a company is judged by how well they handle problems. I bought dinner, pizzas of course, and dessert for everyone, a bunch of cookies. Much to my dismay, they didn't have the cookies. No problem, just refund, right? No, they gave me vouchers. My mistake of course was not insisting right then and there for a refund, but I didn't have my receipt on me and was in a hurry so I went home and checked. Not only were the vouchers not enough to cover the cost of of the cookies, but they were 6 months expired! I contacted customer service through their website, heard back initially with a heartfelt apology, a notice that they would let the GM know and verification of the email I used to submit the order (you mean the one I was emailing from?) and they would issue a full refund. Only problem is from that point on I got ghosted. I heard nothing from anyone. I tried contacting them again, nothing. It may have only been about 15 bucks, but the lack of interest in correcting the issues is astounding. I'm not looking for anything over the top, just pay me back for the items I didn't get. Needless to say, I won't be going back."

On multiple occasions, the employees have come across as disinterested, which can detract from the overall dining experience. A more enthusiastic and engaged staff could significantly improve the atmosphere and customer service. Additionally, there seems to be a recurring issue with the pizzas being overcooked, resulting in a burnt crust. This not only affects the taste of the pizza but also gives the impression of a lack of attention to detail in the cooking process. It’s an issue that has been noticed by several patrons and is something that could be improved upon. Another area of concern is the cleanliness of the restaurant, particularly the area past the counter where the table shuffleboard is located. Maintaining a clean and inviting environment is crucial for any dining establishment, and this is an area where Blaze Pizza could certainly improve."

"My husband and I usually enjoy Blaze Pizza through and through but this location is not it. We walked in around 11:15-11:30am and didn’t see anyone else in there but the employees. As we got to the front to order our pizza, the gal at the front asked what we wanted and when we said 2 topping pizza, she was quick to ask us what toppings we wanted. This is frustrating because the reason we loved Blaze is because it’s an experience. Asking what two toppings we want just to rush us through/make our pizza hastily is not the best way to keep customers coming back. My husband and I are very particular about our pizza and prefer to watch it being made so we can request extra cheese or something. After ordering our pizza we went to grab our drink and noticed the soda station was nasty. It didn’t appear to be wiped down or cleaned from the day before. When looking for a seat, I noticed the benches were full of crumbs and food. Once we sat at the cleanest booth, I noticed the walls next to me were so crusty with soda spilt on them. The table and bench/booth even had sticky spots and crumbs. This place needs to get crew members to clean and keep up with the place. Nasty nasty. Once we got our pizza, I noticed the bottom was burnt. My fingers were black after eating once slice. Management needs to retrain employees—this place has potential to be as great, but so far, it has gone downhill."

We were a party of 3 adults and 3 kids , we were paying separate but dining together, they literally served half of us and made the other half of our party wait due to online orders. The good is really good, the staff was nice. One girl did tell us to wait for napkins tho"
