Petro Travel Center 1430 Motel Drive, Milan, NM 87021

"Ive been to this place numerous times over the years and never really had a bad experience till today. So my wife and i both drive truck and decided to meet up there for a 30 mins break. It was early in the day wasnt even busy at all. Out of there giant parking lot with tons of other parking spot, reserved also was a huge variety of them open as well. We park in a couple reserve spots just to run in and use restroom etc we come back back out to say our byes and a short older guys in a silver pickup pulls up harassing us about us parking in reserve spots he says we were parked there over an hour (which was a lie) and he said that their charging us for a spot now because someone left mad that they didnt get that specific spot out of about 20 reserve spots i was looking at around me. This guy said he was going to report our dot numbers and proceeded to be really rude to us about everything. We didnt give him attitude or anything. All he had to do was politely ask us to leave out of the spots (like we were going to already) and we would have gladly left. But that guy did not conduct himself in a professional well at all. My wife and i will be contacting corporate office to see that this doesn't happen again or no one else gets harassed like we were. Ive parked on reserve spots to take 30 min breaks (only when not busy) at that location and all across the country at other ta and petros and never had a problem till now. But we are never going back to this location and we will be passing it on to many other good dri ers out there as well. The harassment was definitely uncalled for."

"Well, the parking lot has a few potholes. So what. So does I-40. The showers and the food were very good and the employees were friendly. Quit complaining about everything or do the rest of us a favor and stay home."

"Just off 40, headed East towards Albuquerque, this is a good stop to refuel with clean men and women’s bathrooms. We didn’t get a chance to eat but the restaurant looked nice. Would recommend this place for a quick stop to get gas."
