We ended up having someone else help us out, but Stephen ensured and checked back in to make sure he didn’t need to come and rescue us, even if it was as late as midnight! "Fabian Garica So in defense Fabian please tell the true story and all the facts. Remember it’s not your car and we were not paid for additional work. And still waiting on your adjuster approval to move forward. That is your choice in insurance companies not ours. Shame on you for not telling whole truths. We have done all your work before and never have had an issue with us. But you did have a different insurance company then. Please be honest. Or I can place all paperwork on line and let the public know the truth. Yes it’s been difficult and we have pushed to get it done. Now I know for a fact we are not the only shop that is having difficulty with parts, paint ext. So your complaints should go where the problem truly is. Thank you for this complaint.
