"Had a truck towed in and it sat for three weeks before being repaired. I kept being led on, only to find out all their maintenance techs had quit. They brought techs up from Albuquerque to finally get it repaired. Horrible service and horrible communication. I would not recommend taking any trucks to this location."
"Traveling in our 32' diesel pusher motorhome to Denver on a schedule. We lost the airbag suspension system in Gallup and limped into Farmington. I called Rush Truck - Farmington next morning and was told to bring it in right away. Within 5 minutes of arrival they were working on the system. One airline had disconnected. They adjusted the rear air bags as well We were back on the road in two hours. Immediate response, attention and excellent work. All the Rush Truck Farmington employees are great. Thanks Will Schuckert"
"I have used them many times for repairs to my class A diesel RV. The advantage is they know trucks, so anything to do with the truck portion of the RV is done by an expert. In addition, I find them very accomodating. The disadvantage is they are a little expensive, but you get what you pay for. I have no hesitation in recommending them."
"Best customer service I’ve experienced. The staff is friendly and helpful. I have a Volvo Semi and needed an o-ring, so I started at Bruckners, and after 30 minutes of frustration trying to get what I needed, I ended up leaving. I’m glad Rush had what I needed. Learn from my mistake and save yourself some time and start here for any parts/service you need."
"They are a ripoff. They kept the truck for 5 weeks and still didn't fix it. Tried to charge 5500.00 dollars for not repairing truck. Tried to charge 150.00 a hr for consulting on how to fix the problem! We took the truck to freightliner in Farmington. They fixed it in two days and charged under 500.00. Do not go to this shop. I repeat! Do not go to this shop!! They are a ripoff!!"
