"I stopped by for some basic replacement clips that hold dashboard parts in and immediately knew by the bored look on both ladies' faces at the front that they were not motivated to help. And they didn't-- they said they couldn't come out to my car to look because I needed to bring the part in (one of which I couldn't because it was missing). I stopped by O'Reilly's a few hundred meters further and they were happy to come out and try different clips out until we found what I needed. This was a $5 purchase but meant a lot to me, and reminded me why I generally go there (and will continue to). Hire better employees, Napa."
