Reviews of Sick Boy Motorcycles
"I wish this store was more welcoming like it used to be. I believe she was the manager of the store?? She has blonde hair, or maybe she just acts like the manager. She might just be a normal employee. Maybe she owns the place? I don’t know. But she had a very offputting tone when she approached me, and I noticed that she had the same tone when she approached everyone else and talk to them the same way… It was a bossy tone. Definitely made me feel uncomfortable shopping and wanted to get out of there as soon as possible. She just seemed to have kind of a grumpy persona, maybe she was just having a bad day, I don’t know? The Merchandise there is pretty good. I really enjoy the cute jackets and the half T-shirts that they have! They also have a pretty decent clearance rack too."
"Attended the OC Bikefest in Maryland this weekend. While walking through the Convention Center checking out the bikes and vendors your clothing line caught my eye. Went in to purchase a zip up woman’s jacket when I was approached from behind from one of the Female employees Blurting out of her mouth that you do NOT carry 2X in that merchandise. My quick response was are you saying that because I look fat? Coming from me where I lost 40 pounds doing keto after being sick for 10 years … I thought that was very rude and unprofessional on her part. Maybe I was checking out to see if there was other styles displayed on that jacket. Maybe purchasing it for my daughter. The next morning I still went back I was looking around in that location again when I was approached rudely again by the same female I thought she looked me up and down head to toe blurting out of her mouth again how they don’t take credit cards at that moment they’re not really set up just yet. Well I purchase everything with cash. I would not have disrupted her until they opened up in nine minutes. I was just looking once again. It’s very sad that you lost a sale. It’s very sad that you had to receive a bad review over the employee being so rude. I’d rather go to Harley Davison now and pay twice the price because You should remember or at least your employees should be aware people pay to advertise you throughout the country. When I walk into Harley Davidson I don’t get made body shamed or discriminated against. Thank you for your time and understanding and I hope your policies change."
"We were in this shop during our visit to Deadwood and I just say that the young woman working was the nicest person we encountered our whole trip! She was friendly, engaging, fun, and truly a sweetheart! We talked about the adorable “shop animals” and she gave us great recommendations of where to eat while in town. Sad to say, but not very many of the shops we visited were even half as friendly or inviting as Sick Boy. Keep up the great work!!"
"Really cool store and shirts. Bought a few but one of them we didn't notice till we got home that it was coming apart at the seam. Be sure to double check your purchase. Left my original post but wanted to update to a full 5 stars. They do stand behind their products. I had received a replacement shirt in the mail today and very happy with not only the shirt but the customer service. We would definitely shop there again."
"I can’t say enough great things about Doug, Kim and everyone that works in the store! When we came in, everyone was super welcoming and the store was amazing. We left and days later decided to purchase something special for a friend, so we contacted them over FB/phone and they took care of everything so efficiently and answered every question. Buy all of their stuff!!!"
