"I’ve been to champion several times and have experienced wonderful service, however at the Route 66 car wash-I was met with problems at the payment station and lack of attention from working staff. I waited almost 15 minutes-had to get out of the car and look for someone to assist me as the station I was at was locked and I had started a long line in back of me and wasn’t able to back out. A whole mess. A help button or a service bell would be so helpful in situations like this, but for this location I give it a 1 out of 5."

"Quality Service, Quality wash. I love the convenience that comes with the monthly service. No need to enter numbers because your plate gets scanned for identification, so no one else has access. The Vacuums are great and they provided clean towels make it easy to get all you need done within the same visit. Also, the automatic floor mat cleaner is awesome! I love the fact that the monthly membership is unlimited because of the “Recycled” water! Cherry on top!"
