We were then told they would get back to us, eagerly awaiting an answer on our offer. Rather than communicating they had another offer in they called and told us the truck had been sold. Clear communication would have been appreciated rather than leading us to believe we would be receiving a counteroffer. The client experience is not the priority with this dealership."
