"Tommy and all Of Pyramid are awesome!!! So thankful For their help with my semi & horse trailer on the side of I-10. I knew I was safe with their staff & they’d get me going fast and fairly priced. They have a wonderful reputation in town as well. 5 stars."
"I randomly called Pyramid on Good Friday. Friends where bringing my camper from Dallas TX. On one of the lovely potholes BOTH leafe speings broke. We didn't know it. Called and Brandon answered. I told him where my guys where. He referred us to another shop closer to where my guys where. Being a holiday that shop was unable to assist us. At about the time my guys rolled into Lordsburg Brandon called to see how my guys where doing. I told him where my guys where. He said I'm 5 min away go to my shop. Chris and his crew got under my camper and discovered the broken springs. We didn't know that was the issue until they looked. Brandon took my camper to his secure kot. Locked it up and we decided to wait till the following Thursday to discuss options. When I got the call from another Chris that works there he had a quote and a time frame for me. I wasn't in a rush so the following Monday hecalled. It was done. Not only was it done IT WAS $100 CHEAPER THAN QUOTED! Who does that? On Tuesday I drove the 100miles to Lordsburg, Chris gave us suggestions for where to have breakfast and cheapest gas. THEN he offered to assist hooking up my camper! From tire's to radiators these guys ARE THE HOOK UP!!!!"
"Worst place to call when in need of roadside assistance! These people are thieves they will charge you an arm and a leg and if you don’t agree they’ll threaten, harass and insult you. Should have read the negative comments of their horrible work practices before I even dared calling them!!! Update- you forgot to mention no one authorized you to work on my truck!! Luckily for you I have texts and calls were being recorded. You weren’t able to give an estimate why would I want you to work on my truck?? Your worker shows up without notice to driver and starts pulling everything off!!! I called you and asked who authorized you I already had Loves coming to see my truck you start saying loves is going to charge me more and threaten me you became enraged insulting and hung up on me!!! After that the multiple threatening call and texts!! There’s a reason why so many people are complaining about your services and all you have is nothing but excuses for your poor work ethics!"
"Ran over a big rig blowout tread and it tore the filler hose out of the gas tank! Was able to get towed to Pyramid for temporary repairs to make it into Tucson where I could get the fuel tank replaced and get a rental car. It was stressful and we were not sure the repair would be done in time to get us to Tucson before the car rental place closed, but these guys came through. Yes it was pricey but it was an emergency. Thanks Tom and Brandon!"
"On a trip from Arkansas to Arizona, two tires blowout that are one year old (I carry two spares). The second blowout was 30 miles east of Lordsburg, NM. We were on the westbound lane of I-10. Almost done with a “not-so-easy” tire change when Chris A shows up to check on us. He was returning from a call and simply acted as a good samaritan to helped me finish the work, and would not take money. He said that he works for Pyramid Auto in Lordsburg and his company would be happy to help if we needed tires. 30 mins later we arrived, he did not carry the trailer tires we want to put on the camper, but he had one that fit that we could use for a spare. Thanks to Chris A and Pryid Auto we made it to Casa Grade to be with family."
