"Went inside to order and was greeted kindly. Placed our order and sat in lobby while waiting. Several of the tables were dirty. Food seemed to take a while to get made but overall things were acceptable."

"Cook is awesome...he was all about helping me when I asked if I could add another pizza to the order because I forgot a topping. Nobody had been up front for awhile except him. I saw the other girl working but she was busy talking on her cellphone. As I was explaining to him what I wanted, that same extremely rude woman interrupted by "shooing" him to the back, telling him to move as she stood back in front of the register. Never in my life has someone working in customer service been so unbelievably RUDE by putting their hand up in my face, raising her voice to tell me i need to wait and then continued to talk on her personal phone (which was definitely not work related) once she decided to give me time of day, she quickly interrupted again saying "oh no we don't have time for all that, this ain't a 5 star restaurant" I asked for her name & why I cannot purchase another pizza? She refused to answer and just walked off mumbling how "people do the most" I am appalled. I did find out her name is Keisha though and whoever is her manager can thank her for customers like me NEVER returning despite how good the pizza is made. The service is just not worth it. So dissapointing"

"In my 53 years on this earth I have NEVER been asked to leave a tip, ever. I drove myself up for TAKE OUT service and when I was handed the receipt to sign, the dude literally asked me to "Include a tip if you're feeling generous". This is unacceptable, even for a delivery driver, but again, this WAS TAKE OUT. Here's an idea, how about you pay your employees a living wage so they don't feel the need to ask me to do that for you. Unbelievable."

"We dined in on a weekday hoping they'd have the buffet but we're told they no longer have done in but keep the area open in case people want to be stay and eat. So we stayed and noticed that the person who was folding these boxes up was sitting down eating as he was doing this! So unsanitary!! Meanwhile all the tables, not exaggerating.. all tables were dirty. Pizza was great as pizza hut usually is but we weren't too happy with this visit"
