"Signed up last year for their heating and air conditioning plan. We were never told that we needed to sign up yearly for their plan, thinking we would just get a statement in the mail. When we made an appointment to have our furnace serviced for the fall we received a bill from them stating we owed $181.50. My wife called and found they had made a mistake and they removed $75 from their bill because they realized we were on their last year’s service plan at the time when they serviced our A/C, making the amount we now owed $106.50 When asked if we could pay for their plan which is advertised as $150 per year we were told that we could but it had to be paid prior to our fall service. When we called to set up the fall service we were not informed of this. As an on going customer I will state that their service department deserves a 5 star rating. They have gone above and beyond our expectations. However their billing department clearly needs to improve their communication. Frustrating!"
