"I just fired them after multiple attempts to fix the situation. I had to put cameras in my mom's house because I couldn't figure out why she was getting infections. Well what I seen was down right unacceptable! When I called to talk to the office was told to deal with the caregiver myself, so I did. And things still didn't get better. So I called to fire them and was hung up on. Now I have no choice to report it ALL to the state. DO NOT USE SPECTRUM if you have cameras and check on them often. Unless you like your kitchen cleaned with the same rag as the toilet! Disgusting"
