"First and foremost, we would like to thank the wonderful staff of this hotel. We were in quite a bind because of Chadron’s airline, Southern Airways Express, and everyone we interacted with went above and beyond to make sure we were well taken care of. We are not local and are not very familiar with the area, but they made sure we didn’t feel stranded and helped us, more than any review can say, getting to our next destination. We were also very comfortable in our room and the hotel in general. HUGE shout out to Janelle, Darcy, Craig, Liam, and Ariela for making a horrible airline experience so much more tolerable. A special thank you to Janelle for getting the ball rolling and getting us situated in the Alliance Holiday Inn. These people are all the definition of outstanding customer service."

"Ariela was AWESOME. We stopped in due due a quick snow storm moving thru the area. She got us checked in with a smile, was delighted to help us and very engaged in taking care of us. And then to top it off she demonstrated the self serve beer station to make it a we'll "make the best of it" night to a great stop. Thank you Ari!"

"Heater was broken, sticking halfway out of the wall. Shower floor was filthy. Shower door was very filmy. Towels were like sandpaper. Little to no shower pressure. One roll of toilet paper was just the cardboard center. Mirror had specks from someone brushing their teeth all over it. Coffee maker did not work. Pool was closed. Breakfast was cold, biscuits were hard as rocks. Sausage tasted horrible. Most expensive hotel in Chadron but also the worse we've ever stayed in while visiting Chadron. Brought aforementioned complaints hotel staff, but they just said "OK" (morning clerk and graveyard clerk). Will stay at Best Western next time."

"Nice, clean hotel. Friendly staff. Comfortable beds. The only big negative is the rooms are paper thin. You can hear your neighbors TV and people in the hall. The door to the hall has a bottom gap of about half inch letting in light and noise, resulting in continuous interruptions to sleep."

"Compared to most small town hotels this one is premier. It met every positive we have come to expect from Holiday Inn Express. Pleasant & knowledgeable staff. Clean, comfortable rooms with clean bathrooms with all in-room items in good condition & in good working order. Complementary breakfast offered many choices in a clean, pleasant room."
