"The one gal at the desk literally came over to me in the waiting area, yelled at me and yanked my paperwork out of my hands before I was finished, yelling that she needed to get the information loaded into the computer. Then Dr. Bubak told me that the reactions I was experiencing were in my head and that the 'sores' on my head were from dandruff. I've NEVER had a spec of dandruff EVER!!!"

"Tried to prepare at Best i could to explain the pain and misery i had been experiencing. At one point the doctor told me, "yep, you'd be surprised what old age can do." I tried my best to describe the symptoms and possible causes i had been experiencing all my life but was met a dismissive and uncurious attitude. Was told at the end of my visit to take an Allegra for one of my symptoms. These are not doctors, but insurance lackies. Can't tell someone not to go, but if you do you should know you have to fight for yourself, because the doctor sure won't fight for you."

"DOES NOT CARE ABOUT YOU. I needed help controlling my allergies. They ran a bunch of unnecessaries tests to tell me what im allergic too (which i already knew) told me to go to Sams Club and pick up a nasal spray and then charged me $500+. I have struggled to breathe, sleep, and eat for over a year. I wanted help. They DO NOT CARE. just want your money and get you out of there as fast as possible. Tried to talk with them about it. Got a rude response "well i wasnt in your appointment so I cant tell you" and we'll just send you to collections.... DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE."

"The only type of a specific specialist in Sioux Falls. Won’t take new patients, won’t put you on a waiting list; won’t see you unless I’m a former patient (I am, but they can’t find my records so I guess that’s my fault?). Their alternative “referral” options are 4 hours away and also don’t take patients without a referral from…. You guessed it, these guys!"

"I received a bill for $20 but STILL cannot get a call back from their billing department to pay the bill after 3 months. When I called the clinic directly I spoke to a VERY rude Joleen who told me to call the billing department to pay the bill since they don't handle billing. Advised I have left 3 messages over 3 months and never heard back. Jolene said they don't handle billing and asked that I call the billing department again. I called the billing department again and left a 4th message. I then called the clinic back again to let them know the billing department doesn't answer. Joleen asked why I called back because they do not handle billing and then hung up on me. Apparently they have a 3rd party company handle their billing but good luck trying to contact them to pay your bill. I've never see such a cluster f*ck in my life."
