"I was in the Sanford program at 100%. They were great BUT, anesthesia physicians sent my $900.00 bill to collections! If you have to have surgery, do NOT allow these greedy shills to do your anesthesia, demand someone else! They have changed companies 3 times in the last year! Not good! Their phone is disconnected also…not a very good way to run a business."

"Same as everyone else. My son had a surgery. It was paid in full. Then I get a collection notice from this quack company that you cannot even contact. Their phone number is invalid .. and I was never even sent a bill? Nor did sanford tell me anything about it? The collection company was horrible to work with. I don’t even want to pay it because I think it’s scam!!"

"Just like all the other reviews, I received a collections notice, but never was sent an invoice. Anesthesia Physicians phone is disconnected. I believe this to be a scam of some kind because I have not had any procedures done, nor has anyone from my family, for over a year. If I could have given 0 stars, I would have. Scam! Beware!!"

"Same as every other review, this group uses sketchy billing practices. Sent a bill to collections that we had never seen. Their phone number under Google is disconnected, their collection agency then gave me a fake phone number to attempt to call them. I eventually got to their billing company through Sanford, the billing department claimed that they'd sent 3 notices and called and they had not. Unsure why Sanford Hospital partners with them."

"Never received a bill until collection notice came... was unaware of this bill due to a Sanford surgery. Called them to pay, but made me go through collections. No phone calls, no mailings... guess I was supposed to know how the process works. Ugh!"
