"I was in and saw Ms Schroeder on a Saturday morning, due to being ill. She didn't look in my ears or throat, just listened to my heart and lungs. Told me it was viral, and refused to give me antibiotics, gave me a short lecture on antibiotic resistance and left. 3 minute visit. I went home and it continued to erupt. I went and saw my primary care provider on Monday, who actually looked at everything and was horrified. Got some antibiotics right away. I am so disappointed with my visit at YMC, when I have been there it feels like they do not care about you. I will not be returning there, unless I need a specialist, but even then, I will most likely go to Sioux Falls."
