"I received botox in Sept and really feel I need more or its just not taking this time. Not sure, never had an issue before. I contacted the office and they got right back to me and offered to get me back in so they can see what they could do for me. I came back in and owner came into the room and agreed the botox they used before wasnt taking. So I was injected again, maybe helped a little but still lines on forehead and 11's. Ive had botox done for 20yrs and have never had any wrinkle lines on my head at all before. Not really sure if they had a bad batch or they arent storing it properly. I just dont know. $800 down the drain."
"So unhappy with everything. Went back several times because I understand we all have off days. Shady billing- EAFB would do labs for free, all she had to do was send over the order, but not told this because that would take money away from the business. Made several appointments to pick up orders because the office could never get it to the right location only to show up and no orders were left, this happened multiple times. Was given a Rx for a med with no education nor did she ask me what other meds I was on. Had an adverse reaction and had to follow up with my PCP. No transparency, horrible communication, ineffective expensive treatments and even had a SEVERE reaction that was totally ignored, ended up in the ER. Disappointed I didn't follow my gut and run the first time I had a bad experience. Luckily for Rapid City folks, all the services she offers can be found at a different location, but she won't tell you that either."

There is a level of professionalism mixed with a level of personal attention that is unparalleled. Nic has leveled my hormones out and completely changed my life. Love these ladies!!"
