"Had a great experience! From the front desk staff to the nurses, anesthesiologist, and the doctor they were all amazing and very caring! They all made me feel at ease, and did everything they could to make me comfortable."
"Awesome! Great people, awesome service. I was scheduled for 12:30 pm and maybe waited less than 10 minutes before I was brought back. Whole process was basically (pardon the expression) in and out. Little over an hour from check in to check out. Communication was AWESOME!! Text everyday to remind you of that day's steps for prep and up to the procedure area and recovery area. You can stay awake but I went "knock me out doc!" I drifted off to the sound of Marky Mark's Good Vibration(doctor's choice and it was awesome!) and woke up refreshed with no pains(had to remove some polypes but no bleeding, no pain) HIGHLY recommended! (My colonoscopy was done as preventative as everyone should at a certain age. ) Doctor explained everything"
"The only customer service they seem to be capable of providing is automated. You will get 10 reminders in the email and text, but if you call them nobody is available to answer questions. When I got to my appointment, I met the doctor in the operating room. It seemed like they rushed as many GI patients as they could together all at once back to back. The quality of care wasn't really great. After my procedure when I woke up, I was ushered out. The nurse gave me some papers and asked me if I remembered talking to the doctor. The doctor came in and explained my results while I was recovering from anesthesia. There was a 15 minute window from the end of my procedure and when I left, which means he probably talked to me as we were leaving the operating room while I was fully unconscious. That's the core indicator of the quality of care I received. So rushed to pack patients that he could not wait 10 minutes until I was awake to explain what happened."
"Terrible communications. Over an hour in the waiting room with absolutely no contact. They are great with text and calls, but that's where the customer communications end. Never gave any explanation why the schedule was not kept and I feel certain that we would have been there all day if we didn't ask that was going on. My first experience was good, but after this I would have to give serious thought to scheduling here again. There are places that treat their patients with a little courtesy."
"Completed colonoscopy procedure a couple of weeks ago with nothing but praise from the initial phone call for the appointment. The continued follow-up communication insuring I was aware of each step that I was expected to accomplish was very timely. Upon arriving for the appointment I was greeted by very friendly staff, hardly no wait for the prep and the actual procedure. I have had one follow-up procedure since, and I can honestly say that I found absolutely nothing to complain about! I could mention some of the staff by name that I really found to be exceptional in their profession, but then I would probably leave others whom were also very helpful with the feeling of being left out. THANK YOU, Endoscopy Center for making this the best experience possible."
