She is fair, considerate, caring, understanding, flexible, and runs a clean , honest, reliable business. Terri goes above and beyond for customers and employees. She has good sense of right and wrong and would never detour from the concept. Her customers are amazing and her family is amazing. Good jobs are hard to come by but good bosses are rare. As long as you are willing to to do the work and put in the extra TLC for customers Terri will accommodate for whatever life throws at you on a personal level far and beyond a work relationship. "I use to work for Teri. All she did was belittle me and call my relatives and me names. She would throw temper tantrums saying she hates her job if we worked past 5 because she had cleanings at night. She jipped my hours as she would mark it took 1.20 one hour and twenty min to clean when it actually took 1.45 min. She wouldn't stop for a drink or so I could grab Tylenol for a headache. One time her husband was driving around and took a picture of me driving and sent it to her. One other time I caught him staring at me through the microwave door!! Weird. I quit working for her because she was mean. She also txts as she drives and I asked her to please stop! Not impressed."
