"The prior post is not true, I saw the whole thing while I was doing my wash there. A teenager took a customer's quarters off of his washer next to his things. The man asked the attendant, if the video could be reviewed, to see what happened to his quarters. At NO TIME did he accuse anyone of the theft, let alone racially profile anyone, that's why he asked to have the video reviewed. The native lady sitting close by, asked her grandson, if he took the quarters and he admitted he had and gave them to her. The attendant told the man, he called his boss and she reviewed the video remotely. The attendant told the man, the people who gathered around his washer blocked the view of who did it. The grandmother came up to the man and threw each quarter one by one onto the man's washer being rude to him, as if blaming him for what her grandson had done. The man counted the quarters and it added up to the $3.50 he was missing. There was no racial profiling and the attendant handled the matter in a textbook manner. I'm native and when people make these false allegations, it makes us all look bad and it needs to stop, Please."

"I came in only for alterations to a few of my clothes. They are cash only and do not take cards (or maybe just that day they didn't). They seem short staffed (but honestly whos not), so it is a bit of a wait for help. The poor lady working the counter, I don't believe, was trained and kinda just expected to figure it out on her own, but she tries her best to get you out on your way quickly!"

"Business is clean. Numerous machines available. However, customer service is seriously lacking. Chose a large dryer identified as 'Pay Range' accepted. Loaded funds on the app...wouldn't work. Requested assistance from staff. Was told not all machines are set up...No signage on dryer indicating that. Was told to move it to a small dryer. It was a King-size comforter! I told her it would not fit and she wasn't very helpful. After struggling with the app for 5 minutes, another employee came over and assisted me. Was finally able to get the app to work."

"Fair prices, well lit, clean, friendly staff, great amenities like vending, coffee maker, showers with shower supplies, music soft. Best I've been to in the ladt two years traveling full time."

"Fantastic, free WiFi, large washers and dryers. Friendly staff, clean floors, tables, clothes baskets, even the restroom was very clean. In the snack are is where the WiFi is strongest. There is a room with a TV for the children if you brought any. In each of the corners of the wash are four TV's are placed out of reach of the customers, which is a good thing. They have a 24 hour turn over if decide to drop off laundry. They wash, dry, fold and keep it for your return. Credit cards are excepted for drop-off service as well as when you wash it yourself."
