My brand new carpet was pulled up and dried. The places fans down and came a few days later to pick up. I have since used then to clean my carpet. The person who schedules the appointment is always very kind and helpful. Specifically Austin has showed up on every occasion to my home. He calls ahead to time to confirm his arrival. He arrives and lefts me know what he is going to do and gets to work.
