"Husband was out of town for over a week on a business trip. One of my kids, along with I caught a cold and felt awful. Potty training the youngest. Working mama along with sports practices/ games. I felt overwhelmed. This garbage man went out of his way to pull into my driveway and grab the trash I forgot to put out. This was small act of kindness meant the world to me. Amazingly kind gesture. Grateful for such kind people."

"This company is the one! I have been asking around my neighborhood who is the best in the area and RSI is definitely right. I called to enroll in the residential garage pickup service and the women I talked to what very nice I think her name was Becky? I’m not sure but she was amazing. She explained everything to the perfect extent not over done but still enough information I didn’t have to ask any questions. I said that I wanted to enroll asap and she said that I would probably not have a can but I was more than welcome to leave the garbage by the road and they would pick it up. About 6 hours later I got home from work and there was a can all the way up my driveway and I do not have a short driveway. They are the cheapest in the area and I couldn’t recommend them more!"
"Raise rates twice per year for the last 5 years. Sometimes don’t even pick up every week. If the receptacle is 5 feet from the curb they will drive right on by. Took me 3 years to have them provide a receptacle that wasn’t my own after several calls. Here’s where they took out my tree last week."
