"Both the ambulance and the hospital took very good care of me. Did not minimize my injury, made me feel important. Thank you."
"Prompt and courteous service. We felt good about the PA and the nurses. All the techs were very friendly and professional. Everyone did a great job."
"All staff were kind, professional and compassionate. The paramedic that put the iv in did a great job, the nurse, Valerie, was on top of her game and worked hard to get my meds quickly in to ease my pain. Rad tech that did my CT was quick and efficient and talked me through every step. The NP was right down to business on getting to the root of my issue and giving orders where needed quickly. All staff I encountered were top notch!!!!"
"They were very calm and professional. I thought that I might be having a stroke because the left foot and hand were completely numb. They ran labs and took C.T. scans. They were able to communicate quickly and thoroughly with the staff that read the images in Rapid City. They determined last night that my sodium levels were low. They gave me some chicken broth and ran an I. V. My symptoms went away pretty quickly and I was allowed to go home with my son. They told me to expect a call from Neurology on Monday to schedule an appointment with a Neurologist in Rapid for a follow up appointment. I received a message from them this morning and when I called back and spoke to Greg I was told that my Keppra level is too high and given instructions for how to reduce that medication until I come back in for more labs. I'm feeling much better today and I'm back to my usual routine. I slept great last night. No symptoms of numbness at all and I'm babysitting my granddaughter Ellie today. Like I always do on Sundays. Excellent care last night and follow up today. They also took excellent care of my 7 year old granddaughter. Providing her with crayons and paper. My son Evan came with my granddaughter and staff made sure that they were comfortable and had snacks. I very much appreciate the fact that Ellie got to use stethoscope. She found out recently that her grandpa Mike has been diagnosed with cancer and she has been very concerned about him. I've been reassuring her that there are lots of new treatments for cancer now and that he is going to be okay. I genuinely appreciate the fact that your staff allowed my 7 year old granddaughter to have a very positive experience. Who knows.we might be looking at a future Dr., Nurse or Scientist because of this positive experience. Kudo."
