"I am a over the road truck driver and I had been having severe pain in my head. I thought it was from a bump on my head i had gotten. Well I was able to park my 18 wheeler at the back of the hospital to get myself checked out. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. I was in and out in 3 hours and after doing a CT scan it was determined that it was not the bump on my head but a bad case of Shingles. The staff gave me medication and a prescription and sent me on my way."

"If I could give zero stars I would most definitely. Do not go to this hospital as the doctor that was on shift should not have his medical license. He’s the most insensitive and disrespectful doctor I’ve ever come across. He has the worst bedside manner I’ve ever seen and doesn’t give any care to your reasons for being in the hospital. Without going into detail this doctor basically told me he wouldn’t do anything to check me as I wasn’t taking my medication which I can’t come out of pocket to get but apparently he don’t care about that and he refused to do anything beyond stare at my foot and proceed to tell me his diagnosis without doing anything labs which I’ve never seen a hospital not do labs. Regardless this hospital is the most incompetent and neglectful hospital I’ve ever been to and never in my life have I been to a hospital with any infection or post seizure and not been treated ever. This doctor was exactly like the doctor I had when I was septic and he told me I was fine but the big difference was at least that doctor did labs but this hospital did NOTHING. Kim the nurse was just as bad. If you don’t like your job and aren’t a people person then don’t be in the medical field. If you aren’t a nice person who has empathy then don’t become a nurse or a doctor. The disrespect I was shown and neglect towards my complaints was absolutely disgusting and I fear anyone with serious illnesses would be neglected and become worse. I hope that nothing more happens to me cuz I would likely die before getting any help from this hospital."
