"Love this place for my child but every time I had to call to figure out busing for him I got Misty on the phone and she was rude because instead of transferring me to transportation she just snapped that she was too busy to do any research for it for me and that I needed to wait on the phone call for busing. It was the Tuesday before school started...I had to call a different yfs building and have them transfer me to transportation because after she hung up on me I called back and I was out on hold for less than a minute before the call "disconnected" love my son's teacher but Misty answering the phone was extremely rude and very unhelpful for something that was taken care of minutes after I was actually transferred to the correct department."

"YFS was a part of my children's lives at an early age. They have great programs to help parents raise their kids by providing programs for the children and parenting classes. The staff is very polite and helpful and truly care for the kids. I'm giving them 4 stars only because they support the families enrolled in one of their programs. I wish they would have a little more open door with some of their support programs like gift sponsorship at Christmas."
