"We have stayed at quite a few hotels in our time this had to be the worst hotel we have ever stayed at First we asked for a room with a fridge on the bottom floor. We were told there were no rooms with fridges and they didnt have a fridge I could put my medicine in but I could go buy a cooler and ice and put it in there. They motel was huge and there were only enough car in the parking to cover maybe 1/4 of them. Then the foors were fithy they had something that was spilled on them they were gross. The heater was turn off and it wasminus 1 outside there were no blankets on the beds. there was garbage bags on the walk ways. We were told they couldnt change rooms because thet were given out in the order people came. In the morning you had to call the front office when you wanted to check out let after 15 minutes of waiting. We should have left but we drove 12 hours and wanted to sleep. the only good thing was it is close to the highway."

"Unsafe and Unsanitary. Do not stay here. You know the seedy motel in movies and TV filled with people conducting illicit business? Yep, that is this place. Unless you want to live that experience do NOT stay here. Especially if you have a family. This is not hyperbole."

"I would not recommend staying at this hotel. We got there and booked two nights. After seeing the rooms, we asked for a refund period. They said we had to wait to talk to the manager. The manager never got back to us. The rooms were filthy. The smelled like cigarette smoke. I was disgusted especially with the fact that we have a baby. We stayed one night trying not to waste our money. It would have been cheaper to book a different hotel though as now we all have head lice. They also will not give you a refund regardless."

"On the last day of my stay, the staff came into my room, took all my stuff, packed it into my suitcase, wrote on my suitcase with a sharpie marker, and left the bag in the room. In addition, my laptop computer was stolen. The staff and management don’t care about my complaints. I feel absolutely violated. You and your possessions are not safe as long as you are in this motel."
