"DO NOT STAY HERE!! I was booking a room online in October for myself and my 2 dogs. They had a very attractive promotional rate with a queen room and I selected it. My total for 3 nights was $180 (before tax) at the very last page before submitting my payment, on the bottom left there was an offer that said promotion pricing suite $200. Given I was at the end and my total was $180, I thought this was only an extra $20 and clicked the offer. After I clicked the offer, my purchase went through and I found out my 3 night stay for $180 jumped to $600!!!! I immediately called the hotel and explained what happened. I asked if they could change my reservation to the room I was initially trying to book. They told me no, they couldn't change it. They could not refund me or help me. I found out this upgraded room didn't allow dogs either. They then offered to help me by letting my stay in the room I was initially trying to reserve for $180 but they were going to keep my $600 price I paid for the suite because they can't refund. I decided told them I wouldn't stay here and would call my bank to get my money back. They refused to give the money back to my bank. They stole $685 from me. I wanted to stay here but they refused to help me out after making a mistake in my reservation. I've never seen such worse customer service. They kept my $685 and knew I wasn't coming so they could have rented the room out to someone else as well. If you want to support a business who treats people like this and literally steals their money.... That's up to you. But I sure as hell would never support any business that treats it's customers like this."

"Tried to book a room on their website. Didn't get the confirmation, but have been charged. I called them and they said they didn't get the confirmation. I didn't stay at the hotel and they confirmed the payment was processed but didn't reserve the room . The manager promised to resolve the situation and pay back. But I didn't get it yet. They didn't call me back or write me. Totally disappointed. I don't recommend it. Be careful."

"Standard hotel rooms in an older, somewhat run down hotel. The beds were very comfortable and quiet. But the Internet was knocked out by a storm the night we arrived. I asked them to reset the router four or five times because I had to work. Not only did they refuse to do anything about it, but the person in charge at the front desk was extremely rude. After saying, "Well, no one else has said anything about it." She just turned her back on me and started complaining about the night desk crew to the other woman at the front desk. We had to take our computers to Panera to get our work done. The hot tub is dangerously hot, so as to be unusable. The Cheers lounge attached to the hotel is great, with a very nice, friendly proprietor. I chose the hotel for the location, free Internet, and hot tub and only got one out of three. I won't be staying here again. I felt very not welcome."

"I LOVED THIS PLACE! The staff were efficient and friendly. Concerning location to the freeway. Things to do: pool, waterslide, ping-pong, darts, pool table. Rooms are large, clean and very well maintained. Honestly I was a little shocked at this hotel. It has kind of a classy old West decor that made me think I was getting a tired, old property that needed an update, but I was wrong. Everything was very well maintained and liked new. Kudos to the management and staff of this property, they are doing an awesome job. Just don't go to the attached Perkins for breakfast."

"Can't express my gratitude enough for the honest and hardworking employees of the grant gateway hotel. My wife lost her wedding rings during our stay. Deb and Juanita went the extra mile for us to assure the rings were returned safely. Thank you! Also, really appreciated how great their dog friendly policy is. Will stay again!"
