"Just came from Grimms to purchase a tip for a pressure washer and I have to say, the customer service by one of the employees is top 3 worst experiences I have ever had anywhere! I say top 3 because the one other experience about a year ago was also at Grimms by the same individual. If this has happened to me the two different times I have been there by the same person, I'm sure it has happened to others. A business cannot operate without customers and if that's how they treat customers there???.....it's inevitable that they're going to chase more people away."

I guess I am just not sure why a Rolair dealer cannot look up parts for compressors they sell."
