"Travis and his team did a fantastic job installing snow brakes on our new metal roof. Because we don’t live nearby, we relied on Travis a lot to see this project through. He eagerly took over finding the right supplies, ordering the product, measuring, and installation work. He even color matched the brakes on our rusted tin roof which was different then the rest of the roof. Best of all, he kept us completely informed on the status of the order and the whole process without me having to reach out to him first. This is the first time we hired Remedy, but it won’t be the last."
