"I always had a great experience with the message therapists, this rating I'd for their membership. I requested to cancel my membership 2 months ago & since then they continue to charge for a membership I no longer wish to have. Last month I called & they credited me and guaranteed my credit card information was removed from the system. Today I received another monthly membership charge. I don't know what to do to cancel this & I won't ever recommend anyone to their membership program, there seems to be no way to cancel."

"I couldn't schedule a massage (it was a last minute thing) but I was able to get into a stretch session and added the percussion massage option (sorry I can't remember the exact terminology they used). Thea was amazing with keeping all my paperwork and other office details organized, and Megan was really a calming influence on me when I really needed it. (I fell on the ice and just had bruising, but ouch I needed to relax.) Thanks everyone! Oh and I totally arrived in my Saturday clothing (basically sweat pants and a t-shirt) and I didn't feel like I was being judged.❤️"
