"Sales dept Ted was great! Bought a machine last year, service dept not so much! Had some warranty work done that’s when the problems started. They replaced a head gasket at 1300 mi under warranty and I’m replacing it at 3100 mi to take it apart, found missing bolts, loose bolts, stripped bolts and a chunk missing out of a cam (later found in oil pan). Went and talked to the owner with what I found. Asked if I could bring the machine in so Polaris could look at it and see what they could do. So I did take it in and Polaris would pay for the parts but not the labor( which I thought was impressive they stand behind their product). The dealer told me it would cost around $2100 to rebuild the motor and that no one warranties anything that long from last September, October and less than a 1000 mi before we started having problems! Polaris would stand behind their product but not this dealer at all didn’t even offer to split the cost or anything! So beware I will not give them anymore of my business!"

"I contacted Polaris of chadron three and a half weeks ago looking for a new side by side. Nicoli was the salesman I got to talk to, told him what I was looking for and options that I was interested in. Nicoli really took charge after that conversation, to get me what I wanted. "WOW! WOW! WOW! What else can I say? Nicoli was the best salesperson I have ever dealt with in my 40+ years of being a business owner and buying cars/trucks/atv's/boats/jet skis, you name it...HE WAS AMAZING FROM START TO FINISH! I had been calling dealerships in Colorado all day, most of them didn't even answer the phone, I just got voicemails after punching in too many different numbers, I was so frustrated, I ended up going to 4 different dealerships. None of them could care less that I even walked in. Couldn't get help, answers, nothing...had very limited inventory, and didn't seem like the even could care if they sold what they did have, which were so overpriced any how. So, now it is 3pm on a Thursday, I started calling dealerships from out of state hoping I would find someone that would answer the phone. Couldn't believe it, Nicoli answered the phone, never put me on hold, answered ALL of my questions, had what I wanted, and even coordinated getting me my beautiful Polaris Northstar the next morning... I live in Colorado!!!! He was so over the top polite, helpful, great listener, I asked him about one I was looking at in Texas that was used, he said, "we have a new one here" and I ended up buying that for the same price as I would have paid for the used one in Texas... A 570 Sportsman ATV... Plus, he had it delivered for free!!! Steve the driver, called 30 minutes before he arrived, he was on time (from Nebraska to Colorado) and was so incredibly polite, and patient and gave me a full on demo of the Northstar, went through the whole machine with me..I was blown away. I had purchased a brand new Ford Super Duty 350 Platinum last year from a dealership in Texas...you would think buying a $85K truck I would have had a good purchasing and delivery experience.. WRONG!!! Horrible! Won't go into the details but purchasing my new Polaris ATV & Ranger was BY FAR THE BEST SALES & DELIVERY EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD!!! I can't recommend Polaris of Chadron more...I am sure if I even need a car or truck I will definitely call Nicoli FIRST!!!"
