"Always packed with one lane open. Has dwindled down their cat section quite a bit. Has gone up on prices for said smaller selection of cat items. Doesn’t keep inventory up to date so you can’t order curbside or online effectively. Fish always dead and clearly abused. This feels like a store that’s been given up on."

"The store is always stocked, which is why we like to shop here, but today we weren't greeted by (any) employees out on the sales floor. We got in line with 10 other people and 1 cashier. Two employees kept bringing carts in, saw the long line, but continued to take their sweet time bringing in more carts. Once they came in, there was NO urgency to open a 2nd lane. Very poor management, indeed! I'll shop on-line."

"The groomers are great and Jack always looks and smells awesome after the service. It's impossible to make an appointment online, calling is best method. The groomers need to be more knowledgeable about the specials and promos, ask to set next appointment, recommend product based on the pet."

"There's a good variety of dog foods, and this is plus for us. We've got picky eaters... but it just seems as though they don't get stocked up as much for everything else. Good clearance sections though!"

"Gave my dog an eye infection in both eyes and scratched his both cornea. Horrible groomers and the worst management. I will never take my dog there again. Poor dog couldn't open his eyes for 3 days. Finally after getting antibiotics he was able to open them."
