"Not clean at all. When will hotel housekeeping learn that if you leave a build up of crud in a white shower stall in every corner and track, people are going to notice! Ask to inspect the room prior to committing to check in."

"Our room wasn't ready when we arrived. We should have waited for it to be cleaned. It impacted our entire stay since it was not a king suite and the privacy, we paid for. Parents need privacy. My wife thought she had reserved a King Suite with a full kitchen. We ended up with a double queen and a microwave. I am not sure why we didn't get a reduction in rate. We had to go to Walmart and buy an air fryer to cook our supper. The staff was nice, responsive and attentive, especially Joshua. If we needed something, they got it for us. I do feel there is a great discrepancy in pricing. I am pretty sure that the prices were higher during Spring Break than the week before and after. Since we paid more, it is my opinion that there should have been a greater return on our money. I did not see it. Breakfast is a big No-Go. The industrial produced cheese or western omelets can gag you. They are never the right temperature. The single toaster was not sufficient for the FROZEN waffles and the line it produced for those waiting to use it. There wasn't a very big variety of breakfast foods. Mostly carbs were offered which are unfriendly to diabetics. Nothing was made fresh. Everything was prepackaged and brought from a semi truck. Even at that, the 'servers' could not keep the line full. No TLC at all. They were always doing something else. But they were there promptly at 9 AM to shut it off. That was their greatest consistency. So what did the extra $50.00 a night we were charged go to? It was not for housekeeping. They only cleaned the room after you left. The construction on the property next door made parking and driving through the parking lot difficult. Police were in the lot the first morning we went outside for some kind of irregularity. Not encouraging. The water park seemed overun with people/ children in the evenings. I am not sure what I expected but I am pretty sure I won't try it again even though the staff was very nice."

"The staff were excellent. Very kind and attentive folks. From the front desk to the cleaning service to the contractors that worked to improve parts of the floor we were on! They didn't look burnt out or stressed, which has a subtle positive impact on the atmosphere. The facilities were clean and the coffee was always hot. I worked remotely while staying and the free internet service was steady and excellent. Kids streamed media devices and I was on my virtual machine and there was no intermittent delay expected in other hotels. The indoor water park! You have to go and see for yourself. I can't say enough about this place. I am definitely coming back for my kids school breaks."

"McKayla (spelling??? I'm so sorry!) Was the front desk attendant while we stayed. Freaking amazing!!!! On top of our every need. So so so friendly. Helped us out with our travel trailer aka let us park in the lot while we stayed. I do not have enough kind words for this girl and the whole staff. We were having a trying time with car issues etc and they made our stay absolutely flawless. Listen to their recommendations!!! Thanks guys!!! Our honeymoon wouldn't have been the same without you!"
