"Took my can am in on July 29 for repairs, told they have the parts and would be done in a couple days. Got the call it was done on October 14. So much for timely service."

"My husband and I were interested in a CanAm. After a 2 hour drive and hours putting the perfect machine together with their super knowledgeable service team, we put in an order which was to get there in a month. The sales contact lead us to believe it would be here, then it was pushed out farther, and farther, and farther. Did I say that we are the ones who had to reach out asking about timing? Yes, sales person didn't even keep us informed. The day we drove there, we were told, with what seemed like a great deal of confidence, that the machine would be available in a month or two. Finally after the delivery was pushed back until almost into ice melt, we asked to have our money back. Now, I understand that times are tough on getting things from China and across the world but hey, be honest. no other dealer we spoke to said they could deliver. they told us the truth. Unfortunately, it left a bad taste in our mouth. Service guys were great, but the sales communication was lacking. we spent a whole day around the illusion and that we trusted."

"I had a BaJa Ron sway bar installed at Big Sioux Powersports and it was installed quickly and the sway bar works better than expected. It made a world of difference and my 2019 Spyder RT Limited even tracks better and it didn't make the ride worse. I recommend the bar installed at Big Sioux Powersports to anyone with a Tryke like mine."
